- Unworn & Unused: Wig must not have been worn or styled
- Original Packaging: All original tags, packaging, and protective materials intact
- Hygiene Seal: Protective hygiene seal must be unbroken
- Within 14 Days: Return request made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of Purchase: Order number and receipt available
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-Colored Wigs: Wigs dyed or colored to order
- Sale/Clearance Items: Products marked as final sale
- Hygiene Products: Wig caps, adhesives, styling products (opened)
- Used or Worn Items: Any wig that shows signs of wear or styling
- Damaged by Customer: Items damaged through misuse or negligence
- Service Bookings: Completed wig care services
How to Return an Item
Simple 4-step return process
Initiate Return Request
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Provide the following:
- ✓ Order number
- ✓ Product name
- ✓ Reason for return
- ✓ Photos of the product (if defective)
Get Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with:
- • Return authorization number (RMA)
- • Return shipping instructions
- • Return shipping label (if applicable)
Package & Ship
Carefully package the item for return:
- • Use original packaging if possible
- • Include all tags, accessories, and documentation
- • Write RMA number clearly on package
- • Ship to provided return address
- • Keep tracking number for your records
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- • Inspection completed within 3-5 business days
- • Email notification of approval/rejection
- • Refund processed to original payment method
- • Allow 7-10 business days for refund to appear

- Different Size: Exchange for different wig length (subject to availability)
- Different Color: Exchange for different color (non-custom colors only)
- Defective Item: Immediate exchange for same product

Defective or Damaged Items

Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
You can cancel your order free of charge if:
- Order has not been processed/shipped
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing order
- Full refund to original payment method
After Shipping
Once shipped, you must:
- • Refuse delivery when courier arrives, OR
- • Follow standard return process after receiving
- • Refund minus shipping costs (if not defective)

For wig care service bookings:
- • Cancel up to 24 hours before appointment: Full refund
- • Cancel within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- • No-show: No refund
