Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only before the order ships. Contact us immediately at hello@shopjifywigs.com.ng or +234 904 935 5400 with your order number and new address.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
For Lagos customers, we offer express delivery within 24 hours for an additional fee. Contact us to arrange this service.
What if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?
The courier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You can also contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient time or alternative delivery location.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes! Select "Store Pickup" at checkout and collect your order from our location at 16 Lagos Street, Mainland Yaba, Lagos within 3 business days.
Are there any items that cannot be shipped internationally?
Most of our products can be shipped internationally. However, certain aerosol products (wig sprays) may have restrictions. We'll notify you if any item in your order cannot be shipped to your country.
